Storage and service providers

Website enquiries are submitted through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet. We may use trusted service providers, including website hosting, email, analytics and business software providers, to process information on our behalf. These providers may process or store information in Australia or other countries where they operate.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights or services, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to maintain necessary business records or to meet legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access, correction and deletion

You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information that is no longer required. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
