AI reception for Australian clinics
Keep your existing clinic number. Abbas Labs answers first, handles routine appointment requests, and connects complex enquiries to your reception team.
The call path
Patients call the number they already know.
Your carrier forwards the call to the assigned destination.
Routine enquiries and supported appointment actions are handled first.
Complex enquiries warm-transfer to a separate direct line or queue.
The public clinic number must never be the transfer destination because it may forward back to Abbas Labs.
Book through supported integrations, or capture and route booking requests through your existing workflow.
Reception hears a short private administrative summary and accepts before the caller is bridged.
Use configured information, messages and callback requests without inventing availability.
Give staff a concise next step while minimising sensitive detail.
Forward from your current carrier; no need to replace the advertised clinic number.
Confirm the correct clinic location and local appointment details.
Record unsupported software accurately and assess a real integration—never display a fake connection.
Collect only what reception reasonably needs, not symptoms, diagnoses, medications, Medicare details or test results by default.
Clinics
A separate recurring Clinics subscription with the clinic workflow resolved independently from its Stripe display name.

We will assess the product, access model and safe fallback. Submitting this form does not mean the software is connected or supported.
Yes. Your clinic keeps publishing its existing number and configures its carrier to forward calls to the assigned Abbas Labs number. Abbas Labs cannot change forwarding on a number it does not control.
Use a separate direct reception line, extension, mobile or queue. Never use the public clinic number as the destination because it may forward back and create a loop.
No. It books only through a supported, configured integration that confirms success. Otherwise it captures a booking request and clearly says the clinic will confirm it.
The caller returns to the AI and can leave a message, request a callback or continue with a routine enquiry. The original caller is not disconnected by a failed transfer.
No. The Clinics workflow is for administration. It does not diagnose, interpret results, recommend medication or conduct detailed medical intake by default.
You place a real test call to the public clinic number. Setup is complete only after Abbas Labs observes that the assigned number, clinic workflow, correct agent and audio path were reached.
